APARTMENTS DALMACIA***
LOCATION: apartment complex with garden and sunbathing terrace with sun loungers is located right next to the beach in the resort of Srima. 2 years ago, the complex underwent a total reconstruction. It is separated from the beach only by the coastal promenade. The live centre of Vodice is 2 km away along the coastal promenade and can be conveniently reached by a tourist train. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of the apartments, ice cream stands, coffee bars. Supermarket is 200 m from the apartments. The complex consists of two identical buildings standing behind eaach other – Building A has 6 apartments with direct sea views, the other apartments have a side view.
EQUIPMENT: Standard equipped apartments offer guests everything for a pleasant holiday right by the sea. There is a garden with sun loungers, 2 barbecues with seating. Parking is available directly at the apartments or the possibility of using the underground garage for 5,- EUR/day. Wi-Fi internet access is also available.
ACCOMMODATION: each apartment has air conditioning (using is included in the price), equipped kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, bathroom with shower, toilet, balcony.
Apartments A4+2 – apartments for 4 to 6 persons - two separate bedrooms for 2 persons, living room with sofa bed for up to 2 persons (only for children up to 12 years), bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped kitchen, dining table, balcony with seating. Apartments with frontal sea views in building A are for an extra charge, other apartments have a side sea view.
Apartments A2+2 – apartments for 2 to 4 persons – one bedroom with double bed and ventilation window, spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people (only for children up to 12 years) and with entrance to the balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, dining table. These apartments do not even have a side sea view and are only in the building B.
AIR CONDITIONING: the use of air conditioning is included in the price
BEACH: pebble beaches have a gradual entry into the sea and are ideal even for small children. Rental of sun loungers on the beach.
CATHERING: self-catering. There are many restaurants in the area on the promenade. The grocery store and bakery is 200m from the house.
SPORT/ENTERTAINMENT/SHOPPING: several restaurants and bars are located on the promenade along the beach. The very lively Vodice centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and a market is 2 km away along the promenade.
